Publish one of your MLS listings for other agents to host. They request a date and time, and you approve or decline. Host My Open House is part of Premium in the app.
Step 1: Pick your listing
Open Host My Open House, choose one of your MLS listings and add notes for visiting agents.
Step 2: Publish it
Tap Publish open house. It shows under My open houses and other agents can find it.
Step 3: Approve or decline
Agents request a date and time. Approve or decline each one, with an optional message.

How hosting works on both sides
Open House Listings has three tabs: Create, Browse and Requests. Listing agents use Create. Agents who want to host use Browse.

Pick one of your own MLS listings, add optional notes for visiting agents and publish it.
- Browse
See published open houses in a List View or Map View. Tap one and send a request with a preferred date, a From and To time and an optional message.
- Requests
Incoming requests show Pending, Approved or Declined. Approve or decline with a message. Requests you sent can be withdrawn.
- Who picks the time
The visiting agent proposes the date and time. The listing agent approves it or declines it.

How does Host My Open House work?
The listing agent publishes one of their MLS listings. Other agents find it under Browse and request a date and time. The listing agent approves or declines each request in the app.
Can I host another agent's open house?
Yes. Browse published open houses in a list or on a map, then send a request with your preferred date, time and a message.
Who sets the open house time?
The agent who wants to host proposes the date and the From and To times. The listing agent approves or declines.
Can I list any property?
No. You choose from your own MLS listings.
Can I cancel a request I sent?
Yes. Requests you sent are under Requests, and you can withdraw one there.
