What you see as the application moves
Rental Applications has two sections: Properties and Applications. Each application shows where it stands.
- Status
Sent, Viewed, In Progress, Processing Payment, Processing and Completed.
- Screening reports
Report sections for credit, criminal history and evictions, plus employment and income verification, viewed in the app. What's included depends on the screening package.
- PDF report
Open the report as a PDF or download it for the landlord's file.
- Before the first application
TransUnion verifies your agent profile once, and each property needs its attestations accepted before you can send.

Rent Applications sits on the Tools tab with the calculators and prospecting lists.
The Income Calculator counts rentals too, with a Net per Rental field and Rental Signs as a weekly activity.
