Search an address. See property details and public-record flags, then get the owner's phone numbers and email at the price shown in the app, only when the owner is confirmed.

What you see, and what it costs
Most of the property screen is there before you spend anything. You pay only for the owner's contact records, and only when the owner is confirmed.
- Before you pay
Property details, a foreclosure record and Yes or No flags such as Absentee Owner, Vacant, Tax Default, Notice of Sale, Lis Pendens, Inherited and Tired Landlord.
- After you pay
The owner's name and mailing address, phone numbers and email when available, and deed history. Florida users also see MLS history.
- The cost
Lookup pricing is supplied by the service, from a prepaid balance you top up in the app. The price shows on the button and again on the Confirm Purchase screen before you're charged.
- No match, no charge
The app searches third-party databases for owner contact records. If it can't confirm the owner, you see No Contact Records Found and you weren't charged.
- Then call
Call Owner and Send Message work from the result, and you can save the owner to your MVB CRM for follow-up.

How do I find out who owns a property?
The county property appraiser's website usually lists the owner's name and mailing address for free. Phone numbers and email take a skip trace. My Virtual Boss shows the lookup price before confirmation.
What is skip tracing in real estate?
